Inspired sold a condo for us after a parent died. They handled that as a project that the entire team was aware of and plugged into tasks. They were helpful with the paperwork, they interacted with the HOA, about every 3 days I was contacted with follow up, updates, clarifications, feedback. They not only took the listing, but "worked it" via social media, and contacting others in their industry that they knew would like the specs of the condo. We had easily 25 showings in the first many days, their reach was fantastic, and they had smart follow up. I would strongly recommend this team.
